The with great balance and ease galloping Melady van Orshof is an eye-catching daughter of the BWP approved stallion Zilverstar T. This Berlin son ridden by Olivier Philippaerts and is now, as an 8-year-old, jumping his first 1.40m international competitions. He proves the quality of his pedigree, a combination of Berlin and the 1.60m jumping mare Triest Star (Cavalier). Zilverstar has all the power, quick reflexes and is very carefull.
Mother Tiara van Orshof’s father Burggraaf is a proven deliverer of good jumping genes, and used to be successful himself at the highest level. Furthermore, this foal stems from a great line: grandmother Darola (Zeus) is a full sister to Ennio, Olympic finalist under Enrique Sarasola.
