The name and address of the purchaser should not be mentioned in the auction report.

The buyers have the opportunity to view the foals in advance

The foals were examined veterinary during the photo/video day. They were assessed as veterinary acceptable on this date. This does not guarantee the future health status.
From the time the foal is knocked down, each purchaser is responsible for his horse. The vendor and not the auction organization remain liable for eventual hidden infirmities and all financial and other implications concerning this transaction
In case of dispute the Dutch text will be binding, only the Belgian law is applicable and only the court of the Hasselt area is competent.
Foals sold by VAT registered sellers will be invoiced with an extra VAT. The website indicates clearly for every foal if this is the case.
De toewijzing geschiedt aan de hoogste bieder, met een toeslag van 10% ex BTW, plus 0,91% ex BTW verzekening, op de toewijzingssom.
Naam en adres van de koper moeten niet in het veilingsverslag vermeld worden.

De kopers hebben de kans gehad de veulens op voorhand te bekijken.
De beschrijving is ten indicatieve titel en naar best vermogen der veilinghouders voor elk veulen.
De veulens zijn diergeneeskundig onderzocht tijdens de foto/videodag. Zij werden op deze datum diergeneeskundig toelaatbaar beoordeeld. Dit biedt geen garantie op de toekomstige gezondheidstoestand.
Vanaf de toewijzing staan de veulens ten laste van de kopers, alsmede onder hun verantwoordelijkheid. De verkoper en niet de veilingorganisatie blijft verantwoordelijk voor eventuele koopvernietigende gebreken en alle verdere financiële en andere implicaties betreffende de verkoop.
Bij betwisting geldt uitsluitend de Nederlandse tekst. Alleen de Belgische wetgevingisvantoepassing. De rechtbanken, ressorterendonderhet arrondissement Hasselt, zijn bevoegd
Veulens die door BTW-plichtigen te koop worden aangeboden, zullen vergezeld worden van een factuur met bijkomende BTW. Deze BTW moet bij afname van het veulen mede worden geregeld. De website vermeldt duidelijk bij elk veulen indien dit het geval is.
